I still miss the early 1990's Popeye's recipe.

Back in the day, there was not a better fried chicken joint than the Popeye's on Canal Street . . . New Orleans, Louisiana !

Fried chicken is one of life pleasures. I find it hard to get my hands on good stuff. Im
normally restricted to domestic and international chains which are largely poor quality. When you get it good it's the best way to have chicken.
