Well done video. Thanks for sharing. In my family, this was a common summer side-dish. The only difference was adding sliced onions to the cucumbers.

I peeled and used a box cutter for very thin slices, shaved a bit of sweet onion (Vidalia etc.) too and used fresh made Good Seasons Italian dressing on them. Plain vinegar is great too like in the video but Hungarians like me add some sugar as well if u want and also to the Good Seasons dressing. Made a variation cucumber salad tonight with only sour cream and lots of fresh dill and parsley for a change. Also excellent.
Cucumbers are delicious anyway u serve them! Yum!
