Spencer Carbine Dating

Hello I have a 1865 spencer and Im looking for some more info serial number 201xx, it was suppose to have been carried in the Civil War , but not long if it was

Has it got the stapler cut-off device? If non . . . . then it is a Civil War period model. With the cut-off the Spencer is either a CW gun re-work or a later version as built.
