This delicious Raspberry Pie from cookbook, "Old-Fashioned Celebrations, Recipes and Traditions from Conner Prairie Museum".

Black Raspberry Pie

2 1/2 cup black raspberries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
pie crust for 9 inch double pie crust

Wash berries. Place the berries in a bowl and add sugar, flour, and salt. Line a deep pie dish with pastry, fill with the berries. Cover with pastry, prick top with a fork, and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and continue baking about 30 minutes.
