It was mentioned in a biography about Jordan that he created a network of spies and agents. I can find no details except that Rose Greenhow delivered reports to Jordan via the "Secret Line". And the Confederate Secret Service Bureau is mentioned but there are no details of how Jordan was involved in espionage operations.
