Fruit Snowballs:
Cream one fourth cup butter with one half cup of sugar, add one fourth cup of milk, one cup flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, and three stffly beaten egg whites. Mix and divide into small buttered moulds, cover with papers buttered, and steam for 35 minutes. Turn out, sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with candied cherries and pineapple and serve with custard sauce.
