Do you like Candy Corn?

Nope.

But darned if. I don't forget every year and grab an handful anyway. I am old enough that my taste buds are pretty set in their ways, so I guess I just enjoy making myself miserable once a year?
No, it is in the hope that this year, they are actually going to be good. Eternal optimism!:wavespin:

Candy corn is one of my favorites! I purposely don't buy it because it is one of those goodies that always tests my willpower. So whenever I do encounter candy corn -- say, in a friend's candy dish at work -- it really is a treat!

I like FRESH candy corn. but if it is old and gross like most brachs candy corn is. yuck!

you can also melt it and mix it with beanut butter to make a butterfinger type bar. that is pretty darn good too lol
Oooooh. Now that sounds like a plan. How is the melting accomplished? A double boiler?

I have absolutely no idea what candy corn tastes like but the candy part sounds okay, not sure about the corn bit though. I will now have to see if we do candy corn in Britain, I'm imagining that it tastes like toffee popcorn, would I be close?

"That time of year" comes earlier than usual in 2017!

The perennial "Big Question".

My usual answer: I like it if it's fresh. But, I usually wind up with the leftovers from 1922.

I can't remember who the comic was who revealed that after Halloween each year, the Candy Corn Fairies travel all around the world gathering up all the uneaten candy corn for recycling.

Toffee popcorn would be better actually. Candy corn is really just full of sugar and wrong. :) There's no corn involved unless you count corn syrup.
