This is a fake. Leech and Rigdon buckles are not stamped with a manufacturer name. Further more, the field of the "spoon" portion of the buckle is textured, and not of any original example I am familiar with.

It is a reproduction....
..... some makers stamped the pattern style or a makers trademark symbol on the reverse in this fashion to prevent it from being confused as an original. Some other folks will mark reproductions in similar fashion to try to imply that its real...
