Burnside Carbine

I have come across A Burnside Rifle its really a carbine. It has a 5 number serail # starting with 394xx.I wam hoping someone might have some information on this piece. Thanks Cliff

If the last 2 digits are 70 it was issued to Co. G of the 14th Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry.
