Thanks for sharing this awesome article. He had an interesting military life. Graduated 18th from the US Military Academy at West Point, resigned from the US Army on I guess the start of the Civil War 1861. Also he had an amazing career during the war. After the Civil War ended he was a building contractor. Anderson died February 20, 1901. He was 81 years old.
