After forming the cartridge, I dip the bullet end into a mixture of pure beeswax, and olive oil. (more beeswax than oil, (around 60/40%). Then with the forming rod in the case, I push the bullet end into a .577" sizing die. This uniformly presses the paper around the bullet, and presses the lube better into the paper.View attachment 158346

If one sit down and see a lot of his videos you get a great understanding on how the british firearms, uniforms gear and rill developed during the 19th century...
