Texas Photos

Does anyone happen to know where these originals are? Both are of Texas troops in 1862. The top image is from Miller's Photographic History of the Civil War. The other image was found online.

The original of the top image is in The Virginia Museum of History and Culture.
From the Collections of the Confederate Memorial Literary Society and the Virginia Historical Society. The Library of Congress also has a copy of a print with the "Seven Pines" notation.

The second image of the 1st Texas Infantry is part of the Lawrence T. Jones III Texas photography collection at Southern Methodist University Library. The Austin History Center at the Austin Public Library also has a copy.

Remarkably clean shaven for the period, unusual. Also, it *looks* like some of the same men in the first two photos, I could be mistaken.
