Salted Cod With Eggs And Butter

I'm currently in Porto, Portugal. They are obsessed here with Salt Cod that they call Bacalhau. They use it in a variety of entrees and appetisers. This one is a local favourite called Bacalhau a Braga. It's named after a nearby city, it's served with very thin fried potatoes and sautéed peppers & onions. It was delicious.
