Puffied Potato Patties
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
a little pepper
1 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
2 teaspoons minced onions
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup shortening
