Thought I would include recipe for Orange Blossom Tea for Orange Blossom Day, June 27th. Orange Blossom Teas has been enjoyed for 100s of years.

A simple recipe:

Boil a liter of water. Rinse small teapot with 1/4 of the water. Discard water. Add tea leaves and 1/4 cup of boiling water. Swell the pot. Discard the water. Add orange blossoms, mint leaves and sugar to boiling water.
Serve.

Another recipe is at: https://eatsmarter.com/recipes/orange-blossom-tea

There are all two recipes using orange blossoms for Orange Blossom Tuiles and Greek Orange Blossom Crescent Cookies. Wonderful desserts to go with your tea.
