Muzzleldrs Manufacturer's Mark

Good morning

I recently came across a Hawken type muzzle loader in .45 caliber. There is no manufacturer name stamped anywhere on the rifle however there appears to be a manufacturer's mark stamped on the barrel. I have not seen this mark before and am trying to identify it. Does anyone know what this mark is and who it belongs to?

Is this an antique gun or new one?

It would be a reproduction. My best guess is it was made in the 1970's or 1980's.
