MAJOR'S CONFEDERATE CAVALRY BRIGADE
by JAMES T. MATTHEWS, B.A.

I am planning to visit his grade in Donaldsonville while in Louisiana. I see when I wrote his biography very little about his military service in the Confederate Army. Does anyone have anymore particulars about the battles he would have been involved in?
