Dec 26, 1864 - Admitted to No 1 USA General Hospital Nashville as "Illtid W Thomas" Sgt "gunshot fracture of left forearm." Missile noted as "con ball" (conoidal ball?) Note on card from hospital says "wounded at Franklin, Nov 30 1864" Treatment: (Blank) Remarks: age 22. (? He would have been 26 yo I think?)
March 7, 1865 - on list of prisoners Forwarded to Louisville dated March 7, 1865
March 8, 1865 - Received at Louisville listed as "Illtid W Thomas"
March 9, 1865 - Transferred to Provost Marshal
5 days ending March 10, 1865 - arrived at Louisville; listed as "Illtie W Thomas"
March 10, 1865 - transferred to Camp Chase; listed as "I W Thomas" & "Illtid W Thomas"
March 12, 1865 - received at Camp Chase; listed as "I W Thomas" & "Illtid W Thomas"
March 26, 1865 - transferred to Point Lookout and imprisoned there "I W Thomas"
June 5, 1865 - released in a group of Sick Prisoners taking the Oath of Allegiance
