I am trying to locate an ordained chaplain that is going to the first of the Gettysburg reenactments. Does anyone know anyone? Thank! Julie

Fr. Stephen Duncan is an American Orthodox priest who is a member of the Irish Brigade and will be doing the Father Corby thing -- that was on the second day at Gettysburg. Contact me offline if interested and I'll put you in touch.

I believe there will be a chaplain with the First Brigade, Southern Division also. Captain J. Taylor Brantley of Fayetteville, North Carolina - part of the Headquarter Staff of Brigadier-General Jeff Stepp - The Carolina Legion.

Thank you. I will keep him in mind. We just got connected with someone last night. :)

II Corps, 1st Division, CSA, Gen'l Hamby also is an ordained minister.

The times for Father Duncan's Catholic Mass on Sunday are on the BGA website. This will be a Latin Rite (Tridentine) service which was the only Roman Catholic Mass in existence at the time of the CW and it is very impressive and almost improbable that a period correct Catholic Mass can be celebrated today at a reenactment.
