Neck stock

We made our own in Rev War reenacting. Black leather strip with 2 holes poked on either end. Leather shoe string thou the holes to tie it in the back of the neck. Collar goes over it.

Well I haven't had any luck finding a neck with any of the places that I've checked so it seems my only other option at the moment is to make one. Does anyone have an idea of where I could find one of those buckles like the one in the picture in my previous reply? I believe those buckles had three different patents I think the dates were 1855 1858 and 1861.
