Lee-Jackson Day Lunchtime Program
(Prince Edward, VA)… High Bridge Trail State Park invites you to take a break and commemorate Lee-Jackson Day with a lunchtime slide show on the 2nd Battle for High Bridge. Gather in the comfort of Virginia's Heartland Regional Visitor Center 121 E. Third Str. At 12:15 p.m. on Friday, January 13. Feel free to bring a lunch and enjoy in the conference room as Ranger Bob Flippen presents a PowerPoint presentation entitled "High Bridge: Lee's Lost Gamble." This talk focuses on the events and major figures associated with the strategy resulting in the 2nd Battle for High Bridge.
