I don't think I've heard of him.
19th was Francis Marion Walker's regiment before he was killed; assuming Heiskell was his successor.
The 19th at the time was reassigned to Maney's/Carter's Brigade, so he'd be commanding that brigade, though I don't know at what time; presumably not at Nashville, as Hume Field of the 1st Tennessee was in command there.
 
The 19th Tennessee fought in every major battle that the Army of Tennessee fought in except Perryville.This regiment began the war with over a 1,000 soldiers, 78 surrendered in 1865 at Greensboro but only 58 of them were from the original muster in 1861.The flag of this unit was not surrendered to the Union Army and it's whereabouts is still unknown.
