I'm assuming it was Isaac Rodman that is referred to in this biography. Then it was the Rodman/Harland division (3rd, 9th Corps) that was struck by A.P. Hill's Light Division soon after crossing the Burnside Bridge and were forcing it's way into the town of Sharpsburg.
