Do you like Candy Corn?

I thought I would start thread on us saying whether we like Candy Corn. I know Halloween has passed but this type of candy seems to be liked or disliked. After a week I will tally the replies and see how this forum stands on Candy Corn.

I like candy corn, so yes vote for me.

Don't mention candy corn! Now that the holiday is over it is ALL on sale! Love candy corn.... . When it is down to 75 cents a bag I will avoid the entire store until it seems reasonable it is gone. Pitiful, when the solution would be ' Do not buy the candy corn '.

MrsMRB sez: "Yeah, I used to like it when I was a kid." I echo that sentiment since now I save my sweet tooth for things like the occasional cake, pie, dumpling, brownie, etc....instead of an extremely sugary candy. So if it helps the voting, you could put down two yes votes if you are kind enough to allow us back to our childhoods.

I like FRESH candy corn. but if it is old and gross like most brachs candy corn is. yuck!

you can also melt it and mix it with beanut butter to make a butterfinger type bar. that is pretty darn good too lol

Yes, in moderation. It's something I like about once a year, then I get sick of how sweet it is. My husband likes it all the time and gets annoyed that it's only available at Halloween.

My husband also eats circus peanuts, which to me are the most vile candy on earth.

I vote with the folks who like FRESH candy corn. It's like beer nuts. They're delicious when they're fresh but horrible if not...and I've not found a fresh can for years...

I like to put the candy corn in cookies, like chocolate chips. It's fun and it's colorful, too!

I'm more of a chocolate lover, but I will eat some candy corn at this time of the year. It has to be fresh (i.e. soft) and I must eat it from the little end first, in stages: first the white, then the yellow, then the orange.

I dislike candy corn, but husband loves it.

He shares my preference for lemon things, so I overlook the candy corn that sometimes appears.
