CS Buckle ?

Greetings to all,

I wish a happy new year to every one.

I also wish to thank those for their time who have supported me in
this thread for their kind opinions. It is those we live and learn from.
Thank you to all.


I have a CS buckle. I found this buckle miss-used on an old cartridge box. It is similar to
the CS rope design. I cannot though determine if this could be an original buckle or
a replica.

I would appreciate any ideas.

That looks to me like a reproduction..

I have never seen an original that matches this buckle. It appears to be one that was supplied with a cap gun set back in the 1960's.
