I've been thinking lately...how many fully-clean-shaven generals were there?

The only ones I know of are:
Maj. Gen. John A. Wharton:

Maj. Gen. Sterling Price:

Maj. Gen. Joseph Hooker:

Maj. Gen. Wesley Merritt:

Any others?

I'm not sure of the name but I think there was a US brigadier who was beardlesss, a Gilman Marston.I don't have a picture handy. Also not sure of this one, there was a Mason Brayman who started the war beardless but wound up with one down to his belt. He vowed (1863) not to shave until the war was over.
