This is neat. Love chicken salad. Had a good chicken salad sandwich in Florida this past week at our local eatery, called Syd's. They have many great soups, salads and of course bagels.

No not a Kentucky Hot Brown.

I did have a good one a couple weeks ago at the Greyhound Tavern in Northern Kentucky.

This Saturday, June 9th my UDC Chapter having our luncheon at this Tavern and then going over to Highland Cemetery to place flags and flowers on 6 graves. Five are Confederates and one a Medal of Honor winner from Civil War.

I will write more about them after our trip there. It should be a nice outing for us.

I am required to have the obligatory Hot Brown whenever I go to visit my daughter in Lexington. I have discovered that the phrase "Hot Brown" can cover a wide variety of culinary delights in the Bluegrass State.
