I am looking into the Chickamauga and Chattanooga Campaigns for a wargame with some friends, and have struggled to find out when units and commands arrived to the army. Dave Powell's book somewhat glosses over a lot of this, saying "Starting August 2nd" Buckner's and Walker's men started arriving. There's some specifics but buried as he says "the brigade arrived to the front two days before" and you have to back track through the text to understand what date Powell is on to get some grip on what he's talking about.
I know that Stevenson's Division (plus Moore's Brigade) were reorganizing from their surrender at Vicksburg, but I haven't found any source that says when they joined Bragg's army. I thought Powell's book on Lookout Mountain would help...but doesn't mention it. Stevenson and Moore are just there.
Similarly, I'd love to know if anyone knows the arrival dates for Hooker's Command. Also would love to see combat strengths for the various commands here mentioned.

Did you end up playing? If so, after-action reports are more than welcome at Games & Miniatures...

For what it may be worth now:
The OR is the likely place to get something close to the timetable. For Hooker, the information I have at hand suggests that the XI and XII Corps, starting in Virginia on Sept 25, 1863 should arrive at Bridgeport, Alabama between October 3 and 8.

Yes, we did end up playing it. Somewhat of a mess of a game, and we only made it through three days of our campaign. The Bragg player was very aggressive and basically pinned the Union army on the Tennessee river to the west of Chattanooga. Very bloody battles, some poor decisions particularly on the yankee's side.

9/17/63 Hood's Texas Bgde reached Catoosa Station, Ga. The men unloaded their equipment, prepared supper, & bivouacked for the night at nearby Ringgold. The Bgde was the first of Hood's men to reach Ringgold, the rendezvous point in northwestern Ga for the reinforcements coming from Lee & Johnston. At 5 am on 9/18, the Texas Bgde was incorporated into Gen Bushrod Johnson's Provisional Div, left Ringgold, & started northwest to a large stream called the Chickamauga, an Indian name meaning "River of Death.''
