mixture sounds good....I used to make Boilow.....( a holiday drink....)Think it is Polish ...I would use four roses 100 proof.......( if you didn't live in the coal region of Penna...You don't know of this drink

This is made by a local distillery in Tamworth NH near where my folks live. It's supposedly Martha Washington's cherry bounce recipe. I bought a bottle for my brother for Christmas last year, it was quite good.View attachment 165505
