The big looks like a Spencer, if you could post photo of the bottom it would help.

The diameter is .44 in and 1.48 inches tall. Picture of bottom attached.

could be a 44-40 but I believe that the Henry struck with 2 spots to counter any dud spots in the primer. Possibly used in a pistol?

I believe your .44 to be a .44RF Long. Used in the Ballard, Frank Wesson & Howard carbines. O/A range 1.47" - 1.52". C/L range .92"-.943"
