Bayonet, unkown? (3 Pics)

This was with my Garibaldi rifle and does not go with the rifle, it is slightly smaller than the barrel and will not fit. Its stamped with N 13. The bayonet was with the rifle but is obviously for a slightly smaller caliber musket. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks a lot like a Brown Bess bayonet-but smaller.

As it has no Locking Ring I am wondering if it does not date from the flintlock era.

It is likely for a British Officer's Fusil or Artillery Carbine. They were nearly identical to a standard infantry Brown Bess but in the carbine caliber of .68 instead of .75.
