What if Lincoln joined the Confederacy? I dont get it. He never would have done that, he would be the last man to have done that. You can put what ifs out there all day.....if my Aunt had Testicles she'd be my Uncle...but she does not.

Joking, my friend, it's entirely satirical (tried hinting at it with my end what ifs); that being said, though, the premise of what ifs is that it wouldn't have happened to begin with, so it's not a matter of questioning whether or not the what if is correct, but rather what would happen in said situation.

I still dont understand but no malice intended on my part. If you were joking I can live with that easily and I hope you can as well. I think you are new to this board but sarcasm is so rampant it has become an issue, time and again, for me.
