Can anyone id this makers mark?

Non regulation 1850 Foot Officer's Sword. The arrow mark is similar but it is marked Solingen also. I would say it is a German made Civil War era Non Regulation sword. The pictures I posted say it was made in 1862. This sword does not exactly resemble yours, a full pic of the hilt is needed. The proved mark in the small circle with the small cross is the same. I am no expert, so someone else will probably know the sword for sure.
