Edit - I originally marked this answer wrong, believing that the only correct answer was 1.25 pounds.

However, in post # 29, SKGabhann indicates that his diligent research shows that charges of 1, 1.25, 1.5, or 2 pounds could be used, depending on the circumstances. I don't have access to the specific sources he cited, but I trust that he has faithfully reported what they said.

So I'm going to accept any answer within the range from 1 to 2 pounds. Those of you who answered something other than 1.25 pounds can thank SKGabhann for the fact that your answer is being ruled correct.
