You know my motto: Buy high and sell low.
How the devil are you in business!

I'm not, I just keep others in business. When I walk through the door, dealers lick their chops and say Oh goody, look who is here. How the devil are you in business!![]()

He plays dirty, he went over my head and straight to my boss.I'm trying to work with him and we almost had to have an intervention awhile back.![]()

If it ain't a RARE CS arty shells that weight at least 100lb don't bother.Don't you dare intervene!
I think I might have to stock up on CW goodies and grab a table. No interventions till I can have my "Oh goody, look who is here." moment!
Five or six times at the least....

RichmondI heard about this an another show being cancelled the other day. I've been expecting depression rates to go up.
How will your state know if you travel? This stuff is really getting out of hand.Whoa - I don't know what bars are open and people congregating. At least up here, things are still pretty strictly enforced and I mean the liquor commission is actively on patrol and the whole works at restaurants and bars. It's on the news and in the papers. If anything, more masks are coming and they are enforced.
I had a zoom meeting yesterday with the state and we were all reminded that if we traveled outside of New England OR took a plane, we needed to quarantine for 14 days before returning to our state jobs and they mean it. That's why I can't come to the Muster because I have an election during the time period and I'd be in quarantine instead.
So there are no shows of anything or reenactments.
If someone wants to steal them, I at least want them to have to work for them.If it ain't a RARE CS arty shells that weight at least 100lb don't bother.

That was largely my excuse for my most recent purchase, a couple of French Napoleonic flint pistols, one of which is above, that set me back more than I'd normally want to pay for new toys - after all, I haven't been spending money on anything else this year!Everyone can just look at the bright side, that there is lot of demand being pent up. First real big show I reckon sales will go up a good percentage. The time till then may see a decrease in sales, but they'll be better than before come show time.
Also I guess good time to build up inventory at COVID prices.
Well this is a bunch of B.S. I went to a local gun show here in town last weekend that didn't shut down. Indiana has a state wide mask mandate currently. I asked if I needed to wear a mask as NOBODY was wearing them (But it is the law). They told me I could do whatever I wanted. This **** is getting old.
There are few masks worn in bars in this area. Some restaurants the servers and cooks wear masks, in some areas not a single person in the restaurant is wearing a mask. No masks on servers, cooks, nor cash register operators. Not a single person wearing masks coming in or going out. My wife and I stopped at one of these "no masks" restaurants and we were unforgettable and though about leaving.
Fortunately, where I live it's largely up to the individual. Right now I'm wearing one because I'm using the computer in my local library; later when I go to the store to buy milk I'll don it again - otherwise, I certainly don't bother! In most restaurants out here in the country the servers wear them, but the patrons don't. Two weeks ago when I attended the big mostly outdoor flea market - where I found the neat rifle tools - there were very few wearing them, maybe 10 - 20%. I agree that in the best traditions of Nathan Bedford Forrest, the Media is mainly trying to keep up the skeer strictly for political reasons.I'm not gonna lie, I strongly suspect once the election happens the pandemic madness will start to go away. After all vaccines, politics and so on...
Great to see we still have some honest officials out there.Because I'm supposed to tell the truth as a sworn official. And we are still having cases and a small amount of deaths.
