Wicker Civil War Ear Bottle

Hello, I picked this up from the estate of a notable local military collector. He had it label as a civil war wicker bottle. There is a label on it but you cannot see it all. What y'all think?

Your bottle is a I. W. Harper wicker-wrapped whiskey jug from late 1800s. Many for sale on eBay, Esty, other places in the $30 - $50 range.

It must have been carefully stored - the wicker is in very good shape to be older.
