Where was Jenkins HQ

When?

That won't help me guess, but there some who know, and they might be helped with a when.

Ole

Looks like he moved around considerably during that campaign and might have settled into any number of homes as HQ's for a day or two.

Excellent link, 16th. Thanks.

Ole

Jenkins was taken to the Major(s) house on the Harrisburg/Hieldlersburg Road after his wounding. I'm somewhat certain that the house was also his HQ. The house is still standing and was fairly recently (10 yrs or so ago) stripped of its modern siding and is now an all log exterior. It's located about 2 1/2 - 3 miles north of Gettysburg on the west/left side of the Harrisburg Road when coming from the GB diamond.
