You guys were very helpful with a sword of mine I thought I would see if anyone can tell me about this rifle I did do some restoration to it I never have shot it don't know if I trust it.

If the "rifle' you are referring to is the one with the powder flask hanging on it, it is a smoothbore made in the 1960s. A friend of mine had one that we shot a few times back about 1968. It was a smoothbore of about .40 caliber and my friend bought it new for about $30.00. I seem to recall that back then they were marketed as "Brazilian trade muskets". I would be careful shooting it.

It sorta looks like a CVA muzzle loading rifle kit. I really like the pipe collection. I was a pipe smoker for many years, and some look like pipes I had in my collection.

The gun looks like one of the " cap and ball trade muskets" that were advertised in old issues of American Rifleman from the 1960's. Made in Brazil or Belgium. Dixie Gun Works, Potomac Arms, P& S Sales and a handful of others had these for sale for well under $20. Small bore. Primarily decorators. The "pirate" pistols were the same. They could be shot but with light loads.
