Waldorf Sauce (Salad)
one cup each of small pieces of celery, apple, English walnuts broken in pieces, one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of orange juice, and the grated rind of one orange. one cup of mayonnaise dressing

Recipe for Mayonnaise Dressing:

Yolks of two hard cooked eggs, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon mustard, one and one half cups of olive oil, one fourth teaspoon of paprika, a few grains of cayenne, one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of lemon juice and one raw egg yolk.
