One clue to their regiment is that there is a light colored stripe on their collars-any CS Regiments known to have a uniform like this?

@observator there is no way to identify these soldiers or their regiment. That light stripe you see is the same color as the uniform. The collar is piped/edged in a different color.

That was a very popular trim option particularly early on, many coats and shell jackets were trimmed like this. Here's a Georgia boy wearing a very similar coat
