Finally got the parts I needed to complete it (nipple, middle band, tumbler and hammer). The lock parts came from an 1862 Tower lock and they fit just about perfect, just the hammer is off slightly to one side hitting the nipple not perfectly centered, but it's good for now until I want to tackle fitting it perfect.

After looking everywhere for one and calling many parts places, I have an original ramrod spoon coming from S&S Firearms. They didn't list any, but I decided to call and luckily they had one, so I ordered that and an original nipple protector.

I paid $750 for the rifle originally, and am now about $1200 after the replacement parts.

Here is the original post with the previous info and pictures.

Yeah, I was surprised how well it fit.

Since the original post, I installed the original Enfield ramrod spoon I found, which took a bit of fitting, but it works perfect now.

Also I added an original nipple protector and original tampion.
