They are a floppy wheel like cap. Those guys are actual cadets and portraying cadets. Saw them at Olustee last year and do a great job. Cool seeing a whole company of young guys.

My pea brain forgot already. They weren't from Florida, may have been the Citadel but forget exactly but they are actual cadets. They fell in with our battalion at Olustee and they were sharp, again it was really cool to see a nice sized company of young guys.
