Taking requests on colorization

I couldn't find anything proper of Duke and Morgan - I did however find this

Not bad  The problem with images like this is every time you zoom in, there is something else to touch up or change lol... It takes weeks to get everything lol Everytime I think I've finsished one I find something else to tweak lol I've given up trying to save different versions as it uses up to much memory.. lol

I love it. It's sooooooooooo REAL.. I'm sure you and Wilber would tweak it till you turn blue in the face, but for my purposes, it's amazing.
Thanks man. I could already tell 3 things I need to tweak off the top of my head just seeing it uploaded to the image. I started using a new technique. I paint Skin and Hair with 'Color' option, but background and clothing are Soft Light instead. It gives it a much more realistic glow.

I just overwrite old images. :P

And yeah. I know. I've submitted a lot of images to this website where I know there are issues simmply because I've been done, thinking 'Well that was fun.', then giving the image a quick look-over, and noticing one little thing... Which leads to finding another thing... And another thing. It's a vicious circle.

Just keep going. We'll appreciate the improvements, I"m sure. Meanwhile, we're an enthusiastic if not very critical audience.
I post here in hopes of getting advice to improve, and to deliver some requests in return for this - which reminds me...

So I can't remember if I posted this before but this skin color was so hard to pinpoint as the image is so bright.

Edit: Going to bed. cy@ tomorrow

Isn't it odd how some images just seem to take to being colorized better then others, the cannons in your group image just seem to pop out of the page...
I know. It's weird. I assume it's digital restoration done by someone professional - way above my paygrade.

Sorry - finger stuck - 3D
Ah - lol. Yeah I really like how well it looks for such low quality. It's this 'soft light' stuff.
One thing I'm noticing is how the clothing details--seaming and buttons--really pop out when they're colorized. It's so helpful in looking for style details, fabric and etc.
'Soft Light' is a wonder like that. It adds depth aswell when it recieves color. I also brighten/dampen/restore images before I do anything.
