Some Help Reading This, Photo Expert Needed

Hope someone can't help me read this as here is a scan I did of it. I can read a few words but I don't want to taint any input so I going to see what y'all think. I don't have the programs to enhance it, so maybe one of our resident photo experts can enhance it and help see what it says.

Here's a cropped image edited so as to increase the contrast. I can't decipher it (yet) but maybe the edited image will allow somebody else to figure it out. Hope it helps.

Looks like the 2nd word on the middle line is Wheeler

I think the "to" is actually the stylized "W" which precedes "heelers" making the word "Wheelers"

I was looking on the right side of the fold which looked like an "o" to me.

Thanks for all the input. Here's the back story. This is the original card that a Wheeler Cavalry Association ribbon was shipped from the maker Whitehead & Hoag. I'm was trying to read what Miss Crawford wrote on this card. After all the photo help and great input, I think it says Gifts from ??? Davis Floyd

Ive been trying to pin down why Miss Crawford who was big in the UCV maidens area would send this back in 1916 to Col Prather who was the commander of the association and one of Gen Wheeler's brigade commanders. In the grouping was a photo IDed as W Floyd, 2nd Ga Cav.
