Can anyone make a photo of Col. William Pegram CSA smiling?

Not I. There is a site, Mystery Scoop, that uses computers to manipulate painted images of people to show them with head movement or smiling, blinking, etc. Rather interesting if not a bit spooky. Havent found any CW folks yet.
