Small Scale Ambulance Scene

What is in the driver's hand? Horse is high headed with ears back.
Arched shafts, Coolidge wagon?

I'm not sure what is supposed to be in his hand . Possibly a whip , but it was very bulky . I cut it down a lot in diameter and had considered removing it . It could be a Coolidge , but the images I've found have a different rear access, unlike the drop type gate on the model. I didn't do a lot of research on it . On small scale miniatures , there is only so much you want to spend your time on because so much will not be easily be seen . I have an artillery limber and gun being pulled that I'll soon be working on . The harness will be out of scale and I will have to rig some of it myself . I know chains were used for some attachments , but I'm not going to hunt down chain that would be so small that I could barely see it . If it was a larger scale it would be different . I appreciate your kind comments and envy you for living in Gettysburg.

Once again these are Perry miniatures . To give you an idea of the scale , the ambulance wheel is the size of a quarter. There is another thread discussing ambulance color , but I went with green . I used 4 X 6 picture frames for the base and background . The stone fence and rocks were made out of cat litter .Painted in acrylics . I have one more Perry project to do , but that will be much larger and will take some time .

I think you are looking at the left shaft that hooks up to the horse.
