Real UCV Uniform

I was offered this for 1500. I do not know a lot about the ucv and don't have much from it but I think it's neat. Is all of this real? I know @ucvrelics will be able to tell me

Even if it's real I'm definitely not gonna buy it as I'm saving up for a ww2 rifle and I feel 1500 is way too much for what it is

I'm just a dumb ole country boy and by NO means an expert but its not UCV and IMHO a 1960 era reenactment uniform that somebody as messed with the writing in the kepi. So lets see what @Package4 thinks.
