Help Identifying an Old UCV flag

I know almost nothing about old flags but this flag came with a couple of UCV badges I bought. (Wash DC 1917 and Richmond 1907). No idea who the veteran was.

To me, it appears to be a homemade flag. Perhaps made by the spouse of a UCV veteran? Anyway, the stitching is machine made but nothing on the flag glows under black light. (I heard sometimes that's "a thing".) No manufacturers name on the flag, no metal grommets,... only double stitched, reinforced fabric around the two mounting holes. Also, the stars are placed somewhat random....not in a regular uniform pattern. Stitching is not straight in some places. 34.5" X 54.75" dimensions

Is there someone who would have a ballpark idea when this would have been made or any thoughts on it?

Nice Flag. These were very popular at the UCV reunions and parades and a LOT of them were homemade. I don't believe its a UCV Camp flag as most had the camp name on them as one of the ones in my collection has. The black-light test is mostly for detecting modern cloth and thread.

Thanks! You know, I value it more because it's homemade and not a "town-bought" flag. To think that someone thought so much of their confederate heritage that they took the time, energy and pieces of colored cloth to make their own flag is admirable to me. This old flag is not a political statement to me but a historical artifact. I wish folks could understand that many people feel that way and just leave it all alone.
