Hello all, I recently purchased this Ames 1864 dated NCO sword. The sword and leather scabbard are in amazing shape and clearly original. I'd like to see your opinions about the frog? It's in amazing shape as well but need some more experienced collectors to put their eyes on it. Please see the photos. I am curious of others more knowledgeable thoughts. I posted this in relics hunting/ collecting but got zero responses so I'll post it here
