[Cavalry Charger]

What are your most prized Civil War possessions? Here is mine. Shout out to Wookie Books in Tx who provided this much desired possession in excellent condition, at a very good price Captain James A Sayles is my 'adopted' soldier of the CW, and I was delighted to finally find an image of him in this book (third from left), plus a mention. Lest we forget.

I have no original artifacts, but (if permitted to list repros) am really fond of my Civil War chess set and my repro '61 Springfield.

Hi Adam,

This is not an artefact from the CW per se, but is one of only 1,000 copies printed and signed by the author re: this raid. It is not well known event due it being lesser discussed, but it has meaning for me
